Republished wtih permission from Tony ReynoldsWhen I think of kicking, for some reason Bruce Lee always comes to mind. I always wondered what kind of damage he could have done to a football or soccer ball. When most people remember Lee, they remember his speed and quickness. I cannot recollect a time when someone said, "Man, Bruce has a huge squat, and he can double his body weight on the bench press." We all know him as an explosive dude.

Republished from www.Bodybuilding.comIt's the end of regulation time and you have ended the match in a tie. You've left everything you had on the mat in the 3rd period and now only have 30 seconds to get ready for overtime.

As a strength coach, I am always looking at new methods of training to improve the conditioning of my athletes. I have recently incorporated rubber bands. The great thing about the bands is that they can expand on the basic lifts. Republished from www.Bodybuilding.com  Jim Massaro

Soccer, or football as it's called outside of the States, is the number one sport in the world. Since the majority of the game is played without the ball, we will focus our discussion on training without possession... By: ISSA

Republished from www.bodybuilding.comEvery week I receive dozens of emails asking how an athlete can dramatically improve his or her sprinting speed. The individual usually expects that I can just email them some magic program and that if they follow it, results will follow! Here's the bottom line: there is no magic program!
